Erasmus is currently a junior associate at the Swiss corporate law firm Bär & Karrer in Zurich, working in the private M&A practice group. Prior to that, he has gained professional experience in investment banking and asset management at various financial institutions, such as JPMorgan in London (equity derivatives trading & sales), Swiss Life (derivatives) and UBS (private equity) in Zurich and Rothschild (M&A and restructuring advisory) in Frankfurt.
Erasmus holds an M.A. in Business Law from the University of Zurich, an LLB from the University of London, a B.A. in Law and Economics and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Sankt Gallen and Sciences-Po in Paris (Erasmus exchange). Additionally, he is a GARP Financial Risk Management (FRM®) holder, a part-qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) level III candidate.
