Lecuyer

A graduate from Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences-Po), I have lived in Asia since 1993. I am a resident of Mumbai, India, since 2005. I find both the city and the country fascinating and I try to explore and understand as much as I can. I have interviewed women from all avenues of life - from slumdwellers to filmmakers - for a French web magazine (Terrafemina). I have a blog about India (http://helenelecuyer.unblog.fr) where I share my explorations of Indian society. I am involved with a cultural association where I mainly organize talks relating to art or social issues.
Before that, I used to live in South Korea where I taught economy for 6 years. I was earlier in Singapore where I worked for the French chamber of commerce.
I am always both curious and fascinated about  about the impact of information technologies on our lives and I have published a book of short stories on the subject in 2004 (La nétivore et autres nouvelles du net - Editions du Manuscrit)
