Luca Barra, Ph.D, is Post-Doctoral Fellow Researcher and teaches Media Economics and TV Scheduling at Università Cattolica, Milan. His research focuses on the international circulation of media products, on the history of Italian television and on the evolutions of contemporary media landscape. He published a book - Risate in scatola (Vita e Pensiero, Milan 2012) - and several essays in edited books and journals, and he is the editorial consultant of the television studies Italian journal Link.
